Once a custom client project is completed and fully paid for, the intellectual property rights of that specific client website’s frontend layout are transferred to the client, as outlined in individual project contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities & Consultations

By submitting a request for a “Free Consultation” or “Free Website Audit,” you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business or medical practice. Sdx Studio reserves the right to decline consultation requests or project proposals at our sole professional discretion.
